Agility Health is always looking for qualified clinicians, support staff, and personal care attendants to join our growing team! We currently have Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem positions available. To apply for a position at Agility Health, we require that all applicants fill out an application. As part of our efforts to maintain the highest standard of our employees, and in accordance to the law of California, we require that a Single Source Background Check be completed on each employee of Agility Health. Please be informed that a screening will only be done if you become an active employee and will not be done otherwise. This information may include, but will not be limited to, Social Security Trace, Motor Vehicle History Report, Worker’s Compensation Information, License Verification, OIG Exclusion Search, and Criminal History Report to the extent permitted by law. At this time we do not require a credit check.
Completing the Care Profiler is a mandatory requirement. Your application will not be considered until the Care Profiler is complete. Please note the Screening Authorization form may be done at a later time when requested. When completed, please submit your completed screening authorization forms by mail.
