Estela, Office Coordinator
Estela has lived and worked in the Bay Area for over 20 years. Her career in healthcare began at the young age of 18, when she started working for her mother who owned 3 Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs). By the age of 21, she was a Co-Administrator and Co-Licensee of 2 of those RCFEs. In the course of 10 years that Estela worked in their family business, she was responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the two facilities. This included hands on care to the elderly clients and doing everything she could to ensure their clients were provided the best possible care specific to each of their healthcare needs. After a decade of working in the family business, she decided it was time for a change. With her healthcare background, she knew she wanted to remain in the industry. Consequently, for the next 13 years she had the privilege to work in both skilled and non-skilled home health care organizations. She started her career as a Staffing Coordinator, which eventually led to other positions of Payroll Specialist, Human Resources Assistant and Intake Coordinator. In late 2014, Estela joined the Agility Health team as an Office Coordinator. Her primary job duties include maintenance of client's medical records, providing assistance to the Human Resources department as well as being assigned various "special projects" when the need arises.
Glenda, Human Resources Manager Glenda Cerne recently relocated from Ohio to the Bay Area after a 30-year career in Human Resources, working for a K-12 School District in University Heights, Ohio.
